"Today we found ourselves helplessly desperate to give our 10 year old pup an unexpected goodbye. A huge thank you to the team at Balanced Paws for their compassion and ability to schedule us in right away. Dr. Amy Everly embraced our pup as her own and kept us informed of every step being taken. Thank you for helping us give our pup an honorable and painless goodbye. Although we lost our sweet boy, we are forever grateful for your big heart helping us through while ours was breaking."

"I needed a quick appointment for my boy and they got me in the next day. They were so friendly and caring with my boy. Thank you."

"I highly recommend Dr Everly! She has treated all four of my pets over a 17-year period with both western and eastern medicine. She is highly knowledgeable in her recommendations and treatments. I trust her expertise and judgement. I am grateful for the care and kindness she showed towards my pets Kingston, Gracie, Cali and Grizzlee Bear. She handled each of with such great care. She did acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments on two of my cats and my chihuahua, Gracie. Gracie was a typical chichi so she had a lot to say about her displeasure and could also be a little snippy but Dr Everly handled her amazingly. She also was great at handling me as the owner who would be stressed during the appointment. She always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly.

My cat Grizzlee Bear had a degenerative disease that was terminal however, the chiropractic and acupuncture treatments gave him relief from the soreness and pain. I believe the relief that these treatments gave him prolonged his life.

My dog Gracie was a senior girl and arthritic. She was having difficulty on her regular walks that would lead to shorter walks or me having to carry her home. After she started acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments, she was able to enjoy her walks again.

I could write many stories of the ways she helped my pets with western and eastern medicine. General medicine, surgeries, recommendations, acupuncture, supplements and compassion.

All of my pets have passed away, Grizzlee Bear, Cali and Gracie in the last 12 months and Dr Everly was help me through those final months with her knowledge and kind words.

She is one-of-a-kind! Highly skilled and compassionate."

"Dr Everly is wonderful - I cannot say enough good things about her. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and loves animals. We first started working with Dr Everly when my dog Jack was 13 years old and had arthritis in his front leg and back hip. We saw her for 2 years and it greatly extended Jack's quality of life. If you are debating if acupuncture is a good option for your fur baby, it is. Highly recommend."

"I met Dr Amy 15 years ago when my first rescue Scottie was already a senior boy.  I had adopted Rudy at 5 years, and he had horrendous allergies.   Rudy loved to go see Dr Amy.  Dr Amy helped get his itching under control with changes to his diet, herbs, and acupuncture.

I've continued with her since then through two more rescue dogs, Lucy, another Scottie, and  Olive, a terrier mix.  Lucy also loved Dr Amy, unless she happened to trim her toenails.  That is another story.

Olive still loves when Dr Amy comes to my house.   My sister and I have Dr Amy treat both of our dogs during the same visit. Olive does not want to be done with her turn, and tries to stay in Dr Amy's lap as long as possible.

I can't tell you how much Dr Amy has done for us!   She's a wonderful, resourceful vet with many tricks up her sleeves.  She's always been very good at helping me understand my options."

"Almost two weeks ago I had to say goodbye to my Minnie girl. Dr. Amy and her team were extremely kind, empathetic and understanding throughout the entire process. She was gentle with her knowing the pain she was in and I felt like she treated her as if she was her own. Dr. Amy also explained everything clearly to a grieving family with children every step of the way. She gave us space to love on Minnie and say our final goodbyes and was very respectful about it all. I cannot thank her enough!"

"I would rate Dr. Amy Everly 10 Stars if I could.  She took care of my beloved dog Axel with compassion and expert professional care.  She also provided emotional support for his human family.  I wonder if she is hiding a degree in Psychology of Grief?  I simply recommend Dr. Amy as highly as possible.  She is an angel."

"Dr. Amy Everly is a true blessing for our family. Our elderly dog was at the end of his life and making the decision to help him pass was incredibly hard. Dr. Amy provided the best care we have ever had with a vet before. It had been a long time since we had to say goodbye to another animal in our family and she walked us through every step of the process, patiently reminding us during a stressful time. I could write an essay on how much I recommend Dr. Amy. We couldn’t have asked for a better passing for our Hero. Thank you so much."

"There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dr. Amy Everly and Tina at Balanced Paws are. Dr. Amy treated us with such kindness and compassion and really took the time to know our kitty (and in turn, my husband and I) in our time of grief. She made us feel so comfortable from that first phone call to the end of the appointment. We feel so lucky to have had her guide our senior baby on her journey and will forever be grateful for the care we received."

"I'm so very grateful for Dr. Amy. My Mini got sick and I decided to go with at home euthanasia and even tho it was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make it was the best decision. Dr. Amy is such a blessed and compassionate soul it made the transition peaceful and easy. I can't thank you enough Dr. Amy. I highly recommend and am happy with my decision. Thank you again for the compassion and making it easier for my Mini to cross over. Many blessings for what you do."

"Dr. Amy was an absolute angel to my old baby girl. The hardest decision I've had to make in my entire life was turned into an amazingly beautiful departure/"see you later" for Puppy and left me feeling reassured that it was the best thing for her no matter how heartbreaking it was to lose my "constant", my extra limb. We played music and discovered a song that seemed to calm Puppy (another cherished memory), we had the opportunity to let her finally try chocolate that she waited 11.5 years for and had been promised "one day I'll get you your very own", and we shared so many stories of my girl's life and experiences and the almost motherly love that just radiated from her. It felt like a quiet celebration of her life. We didn't feel rushed and Dr. Amy was so gentle and compassionate. I'm so thankful to have crossed paths with Dr. Amy and that Puppy got to meet one more friend before moving on. I could say so much more, but thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care and compassion for all involved, especially my sweet girl ♥️ Sadness can still be a beautiful experience."

"I can't say enough - Dr. Amy and Tina made one of the most difficult decisions that anyone should have to make as easy as possible. There's no clarity when making that choice, but knowing that your companion is in their space and comfortable makes it feel like you're doing the best thing for them that you can. Dr. Amy was extremely compassionate and caring during a difficult moment, and I can't express enough how much that helped."

"I can’t rave enough about Dr. Amy, and the incredible team over at Balanced Paws. My senior dog Nala, was in really bad shape with her ataxia. I couldn’t get her into her vets office for another week. I didn’t think my sweet girl was going to make it that far. I called Balanced Paws first thing in the morning, Tina gave me a wonderful consultation of what we could do for Nala. We were able to have Dr. Amy come out the same day to evaluate Nala’s quality of life, and make a decision that was best for her. Dr. Amy and her incredible knowledge, reassured me, that euthanasia, really was Nala’s only option. She helped reassure me, that I had exhausted every other option for her, and that, even though it shattered my heart, to make that decision, it was the absolute only choice I had. I also appreciate that Balanced Paws does at home euthanasia. Nala hates the vets office, and it always stressed her out. So, I knew for several years, that if I was to have to put her down, I wanted it to be in the comfort of her own home. With the people who loved and she loved the absolute most. And Balanced Paws did that for her.
Dr. Amy comforted my husband and I during that painful and difficult process. She didn’t rush us, she allowed us time with her. She let us say all the things we needed to say to her, and give her all of the love she needed while she passed. Dr. Amy took amazing care of Nala. She had a bag of treats that we gave our girl, as we started laying her down. Which Nala annihilated in two seconds lol. She also made sure my husband and I knew what was happening ever step of the way. Ensured us she wasn’t feeling any pain or anxiety. She was so gentle with her from beginning to end.
I also want to commend them for the aftercare of Nala. The last thing you want to do after losing a pet is worry and stress over what to do with their remains. Balanced Paws had it all taken care of. From what we wanted to do with her remains, to transporting her to the crematorium. Tina, gave me all of the options prior to Nala’s appointment. Which allowed us to make those tough decisions, with a clear mind, before we lost our girl. After our sweet girl passed, Dr. Amy continued to be so gentle with her. She kept her warm with a blanket, and a pillow under her head, as she transported her into her vehicle. It helped ease my heart, knowing I could let go of my sweet girl, and know that she was in the absolute BEST care.
Thank you, Dr. Amy. You were our saving grace, and Nala’s angel that day. I’m so grateful for what you do. Allowing her to pass comfortably in her own home. I can’t thank you enough for that. Also, thank you for comforting my husband Tim and I. Thank you for being so loving, compassionate, understanding, and nurturing to all of us. I’m so grateful Nala was able to make one more friend before she crossed that bridge."

"Dr. Amy Everly came out on 1/7/25 to help us say goodbye to our beloved dog Buddy "Bud". She was compassionate and so caring. She gave us all the time we needed and she felt like one of our family. It's never a easy decision to make, but no words can say how much she helped us thru this tough time. We are so grateful for what she did.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts,

"When nobody else would come,Dr Amy came. I was expecting a wham bam gone, but Dr Amy is loving caring, and compassionate. My little girl was never stressed,we were never stressed. It's always sad to say goodbye to your baby, but Dr Amy helped us to understand that we were doing the right thing for Angie and us. She took the time to hear about Angie's life and she was so loving towards Angie. She helped fold the sheet around Angie and actually carried her to the grave. Nobody else has ever done anything like that. I could certainly go on and on about the care that Dr Amy rook, but if you love your baby, call DR Amy. I can only say I recommend Dr Amy so highly that 5 stars isn't nearly enough."

"On the morning of November 7th, we woke up to 7 inches of snow in Placitas.  That also happened to be the day our loving old lab, Jill, lost mobility in her back legs.  My husband and I made the difficult decision to put Jill down and called Dr. Amy Everly's office in the middle of a snow storm.  We were expecting her to say it would be a day or two before she could make it to Placitas.  Unannounced to us, Dr. Everly spent many years in Minnesota, so our little New Mexico blizzard was like a normal winter day for her.  She trucked up the mountain in her SUV to help us and we'll never forget her kindness.

She is a true professional in every sense of the word.  Not only does she have a way with animals; she has a way with humans!!  She made us all feel comfortable.  These decisions are so difficult (especially for those of us who treat our pets like our children).  Dr. Everly was a bright light on a cold dark day.  I'll never forget her compassion.  She listened to us go on and on about our sweet girl and gave us time to say our goodbyes.  As much as we still miss our lab, there is a comfort in knowing she was at home with us right up to the end.

Now, when I see the snowflakes falling, I think of Jill and say a prayer of thanksgiving for a doctor who braved the icy roads that day to give us a gift... the gift of peace.  Thank you Dr. Everly.  You'll always have a special place in our hearts."

"From the receptionist to the doctor, this is an excellent service for pets and their families. My dog would not have wanted to be moved in the condition she was in. Being at home she was relaxed and comfortable as we said goodbye to her. The cost was not much more than going to the vet. I highly recommend Dr Everly!"

"Dr. Amy was so wonderful. Our last memories of our sweet puppy were serene and unrushed. It was the best experience of an awful situation we could have asked for. Thank you to Amy and Tina for helping our sweet boy move on with dignity and peace."

"We knew the time had come for our little dog to go into his forever sleep. A friend recommended Dr. Everly at Balanced Paws to help us! I called on Sunday, and Dr. Everly's office assistant called at 9am on Monday. Thankfully, the Dr. had a 10:30am appointment available on Monday. The Dr. arrived at our home and spent at least an hour with us. She listened to our stories, she petted our dog, she talked softly to him and us. Dr. Everly really got to know about the 10 wonderful years we had from the day I rescued him. Dr. Everly was a gift from God. She was the kindest, understanding, compassionate, sympathetic, beautiful person and Vet we have ever known! If you and your pet have the need, give them the grace and dignity your pets deserve, in your home and in your arms with Dr. Everly to be there every step of the way. Very special thanks to Dr. Everly & Tina her office assistant who sent us a beautiful card several days later with meaning thoughts of our dearly beloved little dog."

"I cannot thank Balanced Paws enough for their compassion, attention to detail and kindness throughout this whole process. From the first phone call to the at home euthanasia for my sweet 17 year old pup, the whole process was made easy because of Dr. Amy and her team. I am really grateful that I went with this service especially because the decision to put down our pet was so difficult but Dr. Amy truly made it a respectful and comfortable process, asking us about our life with our pet, not rushing us into anything, giving our pet an assessment and a peaceful pain free passing. She explained everything really well, gave us enough time with our girl to say goodbye, and the whole presentation of the process was really beautiful."

"Sending a pet across the rainbow bridge is never something anyone wants to do, but Dr. Amy was absolutely a godsend and made the choice much easier and peaceful at home. Rabbit owners and other small animal owners (“exotics”) know that many vets are not trained to care for them, so I was worried when many of the mobile vets I cared for did not see rabbits — but I am so glad Dr. Amy did and helped our Domino cross easily and painlessly. She was respectful of our wishes and was so kind, compassionate and sweet. I feel like there is no better way to help a pet cross than an at home vet — no scary car ride, no weird smells or sounds, and you get to stay in a place you know. I would highly and whole-heartedly recommend Balanced Paws as your choice if and when the time comes to put your pet to sleep. I know I will be calling again when the time comes. Thank you to Dr. Amy and her staff for being absolutely wonderful. 🩷"

"Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Amy and her staff for their compassion and kindness in sending my sweet Sunshine off to pet heaven. She gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes in the most thoughtful way, never rushing the process, and making sure Sunshine was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Amy is truly a wonderful human, and I will forever be thankful for the care she showed us during such a difficult moment. 💛🐾🐾"

"We are so deeply grateful to Dr. Amy and Balanced Paws for the compassionate, gentle end-of-life care she provided for our beloved cat, Marlow, who had been with us nearly 20 years. From the very first phone call, Dr. Amy’s kindness was evident. She took the time to explain everything with clarity and empathy, making a heartbreaking process feel less overwhelming.

When she arrived at our home, she created a peaceful and loving environment not only for Marlow, but for myself and my partner as well. She brought a soft blanket for Marlow, offered tissues, and made sure we were comfortable at every step. Her presence was calm, tender, and respectful, honoring the deep bond we had with our sweet girl.

The thoughtful details meant so much, like the beautiful paw print memento we will cherish forever, and the handwritten sympathy card where she included specific details about Marlow that we had shared with her. It was clear she listened and cared, holding space for our grief while honoring Marlow’s life.

This is such a difficult transition for any family, but Dr. Amy’s loving compassion was truly a gift. We cannot thank her enough for helping us say goodbye in such a gentle, dignified, and loving way."

"From the moment we first contacted Balanced Paws, we were treated so kindly and compassionately. They understood how hard the decision was to put an end to our 16 year old dog’s life and respected that choice. We were able to get a next day appointment, which was important as our dog was uncomfortable. Dr. Amy was the perfect person to guide us through the process. She felt like another member of the family and we are so, so grateful."

"We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Balanced Paws. From our initial contact with Tina and throughout the visit with Dr. Amy, everything was absolutely perfect. We made the very difficult decision to let our 19 1/2 year old cat Whiskey pass peacefully and Dr. Amy was the perfect choice. Her empathy, caring and time spent making Whiskey comfortable and allowing him to pass with dignity was beyond comforting. We, along with Whiskey, are so grateful that Balanced Paws was available to assist us with such a difficult decision. Thank you ❤️"

"Dr Amy and Tina were an absolute lifeline for me when I realized that my sweet dog had taken a dramatic turn for the worse and needed assistance immediately. Despite full schedules, they both arrived within hours to help my dog pass out of her discomfort. Dr. Amy and Tina were kind and confident and helped me understand the process, as well as helped me feel certain I was doing the right thing. They easily and respectfully handled my 150 lb dog, and kept her cozy, even after her passing. Their respectful demeanor and kindness was exactly what we needed that day. I'd recommend their services to anyone, in any circumstances. They are absolute professionals, with the kindest hearts."

"We are forever grateful to Dr. Amy for the compassion and care she showed our family on one of the most painful days of our lives. On December 12, 2025, at 5:52 p.m., our beloved baby Ginger Riley was peacefully put to sleep in the comfort of our home. She was on our family couch, resting in her bed, surrounded by her entire family, in front of the Christmas tree. It was such a beautiful, quiet, and loving scene, and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
Ginger was family, and we loved her so deeply. Dr. Amy treated her with the utmost respect and kindness from the moment she arrived. She explained every step of the process, gently preparing us for what to expect, which made an incredibly heartbreaking experience a little easier to bear. She was patient, warm, and never rushed us, giving us the time and space we needed to grieve. Dr. Amy’s caring nature and calming presence meant more to us than we can put into words. While this day will always be one of the hardest of our lives, we are so thankful that Ginger’s transition was peaceful and filled with love. We highly recommend Dr. Amy and her services for her incredible kindness and compassion, and we appreciate her more than we can say for treating our family, and our baby, with such dignity and respect."

"Five stars is not enough and I can’t say enough kind words about Balanced Paws. Deciding to put down a fur baby is not an easy decision, and I couldn’t have felt more supported by all staff members involved. From the initial phone call, to the at home experience, nothing but kindness, compassion, and more importantly, judgement free and personable. My dog, Bentley, took a turn for the worse and he got the best end of life care. Additionally, our family got an experience that allowed us to grieve and not feel alone during that difficult time. We truly thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone going through this decision."

"I just wanted to take a moment and extend my gratitude to Dr. Amy and Tina for helping us through an incredibly difficult time with our beloved dog, Lucky, at the end of December.  My family and I appreciated so much both of their kindness and support, the personal touches, and the fact that Lucky's last moments we spent at home with his family.  Our grief runs deep, yet we are comforted knowing that we were able to provide our dear friend the most gentle passing possible.  Thank you for your service and kindness, and we are likely to call upon you again in the future as the rest of our pack ages out."

"We are forever grateful for Dr. Amy and her staff (Tina) for helping us through a very difficult time. On February 18, 2026 our beloved Standard Poodle Rusty left us after 13 years. Dr. Amy took the time to drive to Santa Fe to help when we couldn't find anyone else to come. She was an angel, caring and compassionate, making us and Rusty feel as comfortable as possible. She gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes in the most thoughtful way, never rushing the process. We truly thank everyone at Balanced Paws from the bottom of our hearts and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Amy to anyone going through this painful decision."

"Our family had to unexpectedly let our 18 year old dachshund go recently. When I called Balanced Paws, Tina was very responsive, kind, and detail oriented. I felt like I could trust Balanced Paws immediately after talking to Tina. Now, Dr. Amy was an angel and I’m so grateful she was the one to help our dog cross over the rainbow bridge. She was a comforting presence for our family and walked us through the process in a compassionate way. She made sure our dog was comfortable every step of the way. Our dog’s final memory was eating treats and being surrounded by his family. Thank you, Balanced Paws! Highly recommended."

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Balanced Paws, Dr. Amy, and her sister Tina during one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, responsive, compassionate, and patient with our sweet 16-year-old dog, Jeter. They made an incredibly emotional process feel peaceful and gentle, ensuring Jeter was comfortable and surrounded by love as she crossed over the rainbow bridge.

Dr. Amy handled everything with such grace and kindness, and we truly felt at peace knowing Jeter was in such caring hands. After she passed, she thoughtfully took care of transporting her to the cremation facility, which lifted such a heavy burden from us during an overwhelming time.

She was also so understanding and wonderful with our toddler, who was having a difficult time during the visit. Her patience and calm presence meant more to us than we can express.

Balanced Paws gave Jeter the most dignified, loving goodbye imaginable, and our family will forever be grateful to Dr. Amy and Tina for their compassion and care."

"My sweet, 14 year old girl, Scout, who courageously lived life to the fullest in spite of kidney disease and diabetes, let me know recently that she was ready to move on. Her decline happened quickly, so after a vet visit, it was recommended to help ease her into her next chapter as soon as possible. I called several home resources and either left voice mails, or they had very limited availability, (but all were very kind when I was able to speak to them). When I called Balanced Paws, Tina answered and was incredibly caring, supportive, and patient during the conversation as I tried to hold back my tears when she said Dr. Amy had availability the next day to come to our home. The paperwork process was simple and straightforward which was very helpful since my focus was on my little girl. Dr. Amy was so supportive, calm, reassuring, empathic, and informative throughout the entire process. She asked questions about my girl's life and showed genuine interest in the stories I shared. She let me know step-by-step what to expect, gave me as much time as I needed at each stage, and even gently reminded me of things that might alarm me such as my girl's eyes staying open even after she passed. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Amy's compassion and dedication to helping my beloved 4 legged family member, die with dignity and grace in the comfort of her home. I was also given imprints of my girl's paws, as well as a special handmade keepsake which was very touching. Thank you Dr. Amy and Tina for helping make this incredibly painful experience, a bit more bearable with your professionalism, gentleness, skill, and genuine care.

"Piper was a part of our family for over 13 years. Having to face saying goodbye, was heartbreaking. We wanted to say goodbye at home where she would be surrounded by family that loved her. Dr. Amy made it possible for us to say our goodbyes. She explained every step, and gave us time to let Piper move on with love. We are beyond grateful for everyone at Balance Paws for making this happen. Forever Grateful."

"We found Dr. Amy through several recommendations and are so blessed to have her treating our 20 month old German Shepherd. He has a shoulder injury and part of his rehab includes acupuncture and chiropractic. She put us at ease right away with her gentle approach to him, had thoroughly read all the reports and reviewed the images from the tests that were done. We have seen her 4 times so far and will continue to do so. Our dog is comfortable with her and she knows exactly how and when to begin and end each session. He also kisses her which he doesn't do to anyone! She puts him at ease with her gentle, kind hands and I highly recommend her for acupuncture and chiropractic care. The improvement to his walking, back and shoulders has been remarkable."

"Tina and Dr. Amy are amazing. Would 1000% recommend. Detailed review: I booked a quality of life check appointment with Dr. Amy for my 15 year-old corgi mix. My first experience with this company was actually with Tina, the woman who scheduled the appointment for me. She was exceptionally kind and attentive and was very patient with me in regard to all my questions. She then sent me some very valuable forms to measure quality of life over the next couple of weeks before my appointment. Dr. Amy called when she was on her way to my house, just like Tina said she would, and shared with me what to expect. I thought it would feel weird having a stranger in the home evaluating my dog, but that wasn’t the case at all. Dr. Amy‘s presence is comforting and reassuring. My dog is usually very territorial when strangers come into the home and she wasn’t that way at all with Dr. Amy, which I believe is a true testament to the presence that Dr. Amy carries. If I’m lucky enough to be able to plan out when to say goodbye to my girl, I will definitely be utilizing Dr. Amy for at home euthanasia."

"A heartfelt thank you to Tina, Dr. Amy, and everyone at Balanced Paws My husband and I want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to Tina, Dr. Amy, and the entire Balanced Paws team for the compassion and kindness they showed us during one of the most heartbreaking times of our lives. Our beloved 6-year-old German Shepherd, Justice, was diagnosed with aggressive lung cancer on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. Knowing that her health was declining and that we did not want her to suffer, we originally contacted Balanced Paws to arrange an at-home euthanasia appointment. Tina was incredibly compassionate and understanding when she spoke with my husband and me on the phone. She was informative, patient, and made sure we had the information we needed. She also followed up by email with additional information, which we greatly appreciated during an overwhelming and emotional time. Balanced Paws was able to offer us their earliest available appointment, Friday morning at 10:00 AM MST. Unfortunately, Justice's condition continued to decline much more rapidly than we anticipated. When a last-minute opening became available with another at-home veterinarian, we made the heartbreaking decision to proceed sooner so that Justice would not have to suffer for another day. Because of that, we had to cancel our appointment with Balanced Paws. What happened next is something my husband and I will never forget. Even though we never had the opportunity to meet Tina or Dr. Amy in person, Balanced Paws took the time to send us a handwritten sympathy card in the mail after we cancelled our appointment. That simple, heartfelt gesture meant so much to us. During a time when we were grieving the loss of our beautiful Justice and our hearts were completely broken, someone who had only spoken with us on the telephone took the time to personally reach out and acknowledge our loss. That level of compassion and customer care is truly above and beyond. Tina, I hope you know just how much your kindness meant to us. Your compassion during our initial phone conversation helped us feel supported when we were facing an incredibly difficult decision. And then receiving your handwritten sympathy card after Justice had passed brought us a small moment of peace and appreciation during such a dark time. You made a much bigger impact on us than you probably realize. It is comforting to know that there are people working with animals and their families who genuinely care--not just about providing a service, but about the people and beloved pets behind that service. The kindness we experienced from Tina and Balanced Paws is a beautiful reflection of that. Although Justice ultimately passed peacefully with another veterinarian, we will always be grateful to Balanced Paws for the compassion you showed our family when we needed it most. Tina, thank you for caring. Thank you for your time, your kindness, your understanding, and especially for taking the time to send that beautiful handwritten card. It meant more to us than you could possibly know. With sincere gratitude, Justice's Mom & Dad Thank you, Balanced Paws, for reminding us that kindness still matters--especially during the hardest moments."

"We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog, Rex, and we are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Amy. She came to our home and made an impossibly difficult experience as peaceful and gentle as it could be. She was so kind, compassionate, and patient with my husband and our family. We ultimately decided that myself and the kids wouldn’t be there, but Dr. Amy had thoughtfully brought a grief coloring book for the kids because she knew they were originally going to be. She even brought them a painted rock in memory of Rex. Those little details meant so much to us and showed just how much care she puts into what she does. Thank you Dr. Amy and staff for all you do!

"Dr. Amy was a calming, kind, and professional presence during an incredibly difficult time. If you are looking for somebody to trust, that clearly loves animals as much as you love your own pet, I highly recommend Dr. Amy to help your furry friend pass peacefully."
